• The equipment after technical service , the installing , operation , maintenance we supply good technical consulting service , user can through telephone or Web ( QQ ,MSN .email ,remote assistance ,and other way ) to communicate with our technical department . Supplier ensure give the feedback in 24 hours after received the question . If the telephone or the remote assistance can't solve the problem , supplier will arrange our engineer to come to user scene for equipment maintenance.
• From the date of the normal use of the equipment: one-year warranty, non-users causes damage to the components and parts are free replacement within the warranty period. (Wearing parts are not covered under warranty)

• We will provide the maintenance for the machine after the warranty expires, we provide the technical personnel for on-site service, the buyer should bear

  the relating air flight tickets cost and accommodations for our technical personnel travelling and reasonable labor costs.
